Mikes Vacations is a travel agent/intermediary and does not own, operate or control the airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, insurers or other independent suppliers whose services may form part of a trip.

Availability and confirmation

Website content, destination ideas and itinerary concepts are informational. Quotes and availability may change until the applicable supplier confirms the reservation and required payment or authorization is completed.

Travel documents

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, entry or transit authorizations, health documentation and other documents required by governments or suppliers. Requirements can change. Official government sources should be consulted before travel.

Health and safety

Travel involves risk. Travelers should independently review official travel advisories, health guidance, weather, political conditions, local laws and destination-specific risks. Mikes Vacations does not warrant that a destination or activity is risk-free.

Disruptions outside our control

Mikes Vacations is not responsible for independent supplier acts or events outside its reasonable control, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, baggage problems, mechanical issues, severe weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, public-health events, governmental restrictions or border closures, except to the extent applicable law imposes responsibility on Mikes Vacations.

Special requests

Accessibility, dietary, bedding, seating and other requests can be communicated to suppliers, but they are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the supplier.

Travel insurance

Travelers should consider appropriate travel insurance. Policy coverage and claims are determined by the insurer. Mikes Vacations does not guarantee coverage of any event or loss.

Travel images are illustrative. Rooms, facilities, aircraft, vehicles, views, amenities and services may differ from photographs or descriptions and may change without notice.

Non-waivable rights

Nothing on this website is intended to waive a consumer right or supplier obligation that cannot legally be waived.
